These are some of the best running shoes I have ever had. They are lightweight and have a good take off. Perfect for road runs. Did 7 miles in them yesterday abs my feet felt great. A “good” runner I am not, but that doesn’t stop me from jumping on a treadmill 4-5 times a week and giving it my all. What allows me to run with such gusto you ask? These shoes – no joke. I’ve had multiple interactions of the Glycerin and they keep getting better. With each footfall, the return these shoes allow my stride is a must when it comes to toeing off. They absorb my heavy tread and my joints and knees are thankful for that. The stability of these Glycerines keep me comfortable whether I’m running or wearing these during my work day as well (I’m a teacher). When it comes to looks, I like these better than the 22s. Just ran in the Glycerin 23’s at a shoe demo our running club put on and I was very impressed! The upper fits very nicely and I loved the color way.
